Return Window
You can request a return within 14 days from delivery (EU right of withdrawal). No need to provide a reason.
Item Condition
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Exclusions
For hygiene or final-sale reasons, we cannot accept returns on: intimate apparel, swimwear, beauty/cosmetics, earrings, or items marked Final Sale, unless faulty.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@oti.store.com within 14 days of delivery.
- Include your order number, item(s), and reason.
- We’ll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please attach clear photos so we can prioritise your case.
Return Shipping Costs
• Our fault (damaged/defective/incorrect): we cover the return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.
• Change of mind: you cover return shipping; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You’ll get an email confirmation.
